All our services are provided for all clients based on our simplified pricing model. This includes commercial, single family homes, mobile homes, apartments, condominiums, and multi-family units.
- Long-term rentals management fee is 8% of monthly collected rent.
- Placing a qualified tenant is 50% of one month’s rent.
We offer our services for short-term rentals and executive rentals as well!
